International Shipping & Customs Charges.
You may be charged customs duties when your goods arrive in your country and you are fully responsible for paying these charges. These can be expensive. We love our overseas customers and don't want to lose you, and so we advise that you check what these charges are likely to be before placing your order. You can do this by using your country's customs calculator which should be available on their import website.
If you don't pay a customs bill, the parcel will eventually be returned to us by the border. In this instance, if the items arrive with us in saleable condition, we'll refund the cost of the goods in full. Unfortunately, it would be unsustainable for us to refund the shipping charges too so please do your research on the customs to avoid unwanted surprises.
We use a fully tracked Royal Mail service for international orders with delivery times of 5-14 days with prices starting at £10.95p, depending on your location and order weight. For exact overseas shipping prices and timeframes, please see the shipping calculator at checkout.
